Family Specialist

We are looking for a Full-Time or Part-Time (25-29 hours) Family Specialist to work in our Defiance maternity home. You can work with a wonderful team in a faith-filled residential environment. The Family Specialist (Case Manager) has the responsibility of advocacy and case management for clients in our residential program. This person should have experience in the social service field with direct client interaction and a knowledge of pregnancy, child development, and homelessness. The ideal candidate will be organized and detail oriented with excellent data entry skills and the ability to establish professional boundaries while maintaining a therapeutic relationship with clients. Must also have a Bachelors’ degree and at least one year of experience in related field. Must be able to work 1-2 evening shifts each week to accommodate the needs of our clients’ varying schedules.
