Our Lady’s Inn offers two years of continued support to each family once they have moved from the residential program. The Aftercare Program provides a continuity of care through case management, advocacy, some transportation, housing referrals, and material supports. Case managers work with families during in home visits or at one of the three Aftercare Program locations.
