Resident Support Staff

We have a part-time opening for a Resident Support Staff (RSS) who is responsible for helping to ensure the safety and security of the building, establishing therapeutic relationships with the clients and maintaining the cleanliness of the home as well as assisting in occasional meal preparation and client transportation. The ideal candidate will have some experience in a residential setting, and some knowledge of pregnancy, homelessness, and child development. The Resident Support Staff must have a commitment to the agency’s pro-life mission. Must be available evenings and weekends. RSS should be dependable, patient, flexible and able to handle emergencies calmly.
