Resident Support Staff
We are looking for a Part-Time (24 hours) Resident Support Staff who is responsible for helping to ensure the safety and security of the building, establishing therapeutic relationships with the clients and maintaining the cleanliness of the home as well as assisting in meal preparation and occasional client transportation. The Resident Support Staff must have a commitment to the agency’s pro-life mission. *Must be available evenings after 4:00 pm and weekends.
A qualified candidate must have at least a High School Diploma/GED, valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance. A qualified Support Staff will also have experience in a residential setting or work in related field. Knowledge of pregnancy, child development and homelessness is preferred; as well as, familiarity with area agencies and community resources. Experience or knowledge of Trauma Informed Care is a plus! All Support Staff should be organized, dependable, patient, detail oriented, flexible and able to handle emergency situations. Ability to support clients effectively and enforce rules in a trauma informed manner. Good oral and written communication skills are a must!
