Family Specialist (Case Manager)

We are looking for a full-time Family Specialist to work in our St. Louis and Defiance, MO maternity home. Work with a wonderful team in a faith-filled, fast-paced residential environment. The Family Specialist has the responsibility of advocacy and case management for clients in our residential program. This position will work with homeless, pregnant women to provide resource referrals, general support and will assist them towards a path of health and independence. This person should have experience in the social service field with direct client interaction and a knowledge of pregnancy, child development, and homelessness. The ideal candidate will be organized and detail oriented with excellent data entry skills and the ability to establish professional boundaries while maintaining a therapeutic relationship with clients. Must also have a Bachelors’ degree and at least one year of experience in related field. Must be able to work some evening shifts per week (12pm-8pm or 2pm-10pm) each week to accommodate the needs of our clients’ varying schedules.
