We are looking for a Part-Time (20 hours) Facilities Maintenance Technician to support either one of our maternity homes. This individual will be responsible for the oversight of routine and preventative maintenance and lawncare of the buildings and grounds of Our Lady’s Inn. Be prepared to spend time on your feet filling maintenance requests for small jobs and getting bids for larger repair projects. The Facilities Maintenance Technician is also responsible for accurate documentation of all maintenance related services and products and for ensuring inspections and emergency drills are properly conducted and documented.
A qualified candidate must have a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; education from a technical/trade school preferred. 3-5 years’ maintenance experience required. General knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, electrical and HVAC also required. Candidate must be organized, detail oriented, possess strong project and time management skills. Must have valid driver’s license and clear driving record.
